Simple Practice Client Portal

You may access your secure client portal online anytime to obtain copies of your receipt for services and Superbills (Insurance Reimbursement Statements).

For current clients:

• Access client portal: https://alicezafirispsyd.clientsecure.me

• Login using your username and password.

• Insurance Reimbursement Statements can be found under “Billing & Payments” on the top of the site.

• After selecting Billing & Payments, you’ll find your Superbill on the bottom right corner under “Insurance Reimbursement Statements.” This is the document that should be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

For new clients:

• Access the secure client portal for the first time via the link in the welcome email that is sent to you, which will contain your username and temporary password. 

• Please note that the first time you login you will be prompted to change your password from the 4-digit pin number that is assigned to a new password of your choice. 

• From here, you may complete the necessary intake paperwork prior to our initial meeting, including:

  • Informed Consent for Treatment,

  • Notice of Privacy Practices,

  • Additional Practice Policies,

  • Credit Card Information for your preferred payment method
